This Return Policy applies to all purchases made from nextgenmobile.lk.

7-Day Return/Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your order.

  • Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit (provided you report it immediately upon receipt and before accepting the delivery), or an incorrect item was shipped, we will arrange an exchange or refund.
  • Change of Mind: We may, at our discretion, accept returns for a store credit or exchange for a change of mind, provided the item meets all return acceptance conditions listed in Section 3. Note: Refunds are generally not provided for a change of mind.

Return Courier Fee Policy

The customer is responsible for all return courier charges for any item being sent back to NextGen Mobile, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong product or the product is Dead on Arrival (DOA)).

  • For Customer-Initiated Returns (Change of Mind/Wrong Order by Customer): You will pay the full cost of the return shipment.
  • For NextGen Mobile Error Returns (Defective/Incorrect Item Shipped): We will reimburse you for the reasonable return shipping cost or provide a pre-paid label.

Conditions for Return Acceptance (What is Covered)

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: It must be in the original, sealed manufacturer packaging with all accessories, cables, manuals, and promotional materials intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email/invoice) must be included with the return.

Non-Returnable Items (What is NOT Covered)

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Used/Installed Items: Any item that shows signs of use, installation, wear, or damage not caused by us.
  • Items with Broken Seals: Products where the manufacturer’s security seal, original packaging, or authenticity stickers have been opened, broken, or tampered with.
  • Physical Damage: Products damaged due to customer misuse, accidental drops, water exposure, unauthorized repair attempts, or improper operation.
  • Consumable Goods: Items like screen protectors that have been applied or removed, or similar one-time use accessories.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance, special promotions, or sale events are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone within the 7-day window. Provide your Order Number, the Item(s) you wish to return, and the Reason for Return.
  2. Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item with the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior. Ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the item, it will be inspected. If the conditions are met, we will process your refund (where applicable), store credit, or exchange within 5-7 business days.
